Down to Earth Nutrition's signature group program is curated to provide support and accountability around a common cause—digging deeper into the nutrition you want to learn about, with the added bonus of a Registered Dietitian leading the way. Group programs will encourage peer discussion and support, present options for sustainable movement, and will provide an outlet for learning and self-reflection. The group curriculum will introduce you to Anne Lewis, owner of Custom Fit Personal Training, where she can work with you to stay active in a way that you enjoy.
Whether you join with a friend or enroll solo—be ready to explore your own thoughts and implicit biases, listen to others' opinions, and have conversations with peers and professionals in a respectful and safe environment. You will leave with a better understanding of gentle nutrition and a newfound passion for yourself.
This is a structured nutrition education program created for you by Down to Earth Nutrition.

A structured nutrition education program created and lead by Down to Earth Nutrition (DTEN) Registered Dietitian and Owner, Cristina Luibil, MS, RD, LDN.
The group meets twice per month for 4 months and includes:
Nutrition Education Classes and Discussion
Book Club and Discussion: Anti-Diet by Christy Harrison, MPH, RD*
One Initial Private Nutrition Consultation
Lifelong Private Group Accountability + Support via Facebook
Sustainable Movement with Anne Lewis, owner of Custom Fit Personal Training
One 1:1 virtual personal training session
One 30-minute virtual class per week: PiYo (pilates yoga) and Stretching
Access to the PT Minder app for other class offerings

PiYo and Stretching with Custom Fit Personal Training runs each Thursday, from January 13 - April 28, 2022 (7-7:30pm EST)
PiYo - a mat-based class that combines the flexibility and balance of yoga with the strength of Pilates. This class is music driven and fun, but also low impact so it is gentle on your body. It is perfect for all fitness levels. Class is virtual.
Space in the Down to Earth Founder's Program is limited.
Investment is $225 per month, for 4 months.
Registration open until January 6, 2022.
Sessions start January 10, 2022.
